The guide was written prior to Brad’s product pictures posted on Facebook. Wire management is not critical to the operation of the extruder.
XYZ towers are terms commonly used by the DeltaBot community. They are used for consistency.

Make sure you have the precision 1mm washer between the 2 wheel bearings. Then you can tighten the wheel M5 screw fairly aggressively. The wheel must turn smoothly. The one I tested doesn't spin.

That is a good idea. Not necessary but would improve thermal conductivity. Thanks for the tip!
I had plenty and even a bit left over. Maybe this changed too. Can you tell me about how long the piece you received was please.
Yes, the kits ship with 5 sets now, you can see the quantity on the bag label.
